For this reason, we would like to provide you with a conversion table to help you find your correct shoe size. If in doubt, please always choose the next larger size!!

The correct shoe size:
There should be about a thumb’s width of space between the tip of the shoe and your big toe. When the foot bends during the push-off phase, the shoe compresses and the toes move forward. When pushing off, the foot also spreads sideways. If the shoe is too small, the toes do not have enough room during this phase, which can lead to pain, pressure points, and blistering!
In general, a sports shoe should fit perfectly at the heel and midfoot area, forming a stable “support” around the heel bone.
